It is important to remember that Service Credit Union will NEVER call, text, email or even request your personal or banking information via an unsolicited phone call or text message. If you have received a phone call and provided your account information in error, or if you want to verify the status of your card or account, contact us immediately at 800.936.7730 or 00800.4728.2000.
Know Your SEPA Payments:
Germany merchants can debit your account using the standard SEPA CORE debit.
Service Credit Union currently does not support the optional SEPA COR1 standard.
If a merchant tries to debit your account using SEPA COR1, Service Credit Union will not know about it and the payment will be returned as if your account did not exist.
You should ask the merchant to reprocess your debit using the standard SEPA CORE process.
Obtain the payment information and submit a one time payment through Service Credit Union.
