The STAR Program* is a special collection of services made available exclusively to our moderate income members whose annual gross income is $39,000 or less or their military base pay doesn't exceed $2,391 per month. To qualify for this program, you must have direct deposit of your pay to Service Credit Union. Having direct deposit not only entitles you to these services, but also provides a safe, convenient and automatic way for you to receive your pay.
