* The STAR program is available to military enlisted members whose military base pay does not exceed $2,391 per month and civilian members whose gross income is $39,000 or less per year. To be eligible to be a STAR account holder you must have direct deposit of your net pay being deposited to your account at Service Credit Union.

** Service members who are assigned to or who have returned in the past 120 days from peacekeeping operations such as Bosnia, Kosovo, or other hostile environments, or combat/war zone areas such as Iraq and Afghanistan where our troops or civilians are in imminent danger of enemy attack (PCS does not qualify) are eligible to purchase a special Warrior Reward Share Certificate. For service members decorated with the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, or a higher combat-related award and military members with 20 or more years of service at retirement, Warrior Rewards benefits are extended indefinitely. This discount requires direct deposit (NOT ALLOTMENT) and selection of the automatic loan payment feature.

Qualifying IRA accounts can receive additional savings protection through ESI.

The Annual Percentage Yield is based on an assumption that dividends will remain on deposit until maturity and that a withdrawal or fee will reduce earnings. Share Certificates are fixed rate accounts and will remain in effect until maturity. Other accounts are variable rate accounts. The dividend rate and APY may change every month, as determined by the Board of Directors. If any deposit is withdrawn before the maturity date, a penalty as shown below would be imposed.
