If a parent registers a card for a child, what stops the child from changing the controls placed on the card?
Nothing will stop the child from making changes.
I just received my new card, how do I activate it?
Go to My Cards, select the option Activate Card and follow the prompts to be connected to the Interactive Voice Response System.
How long does the app stay logged in if you don’t log out?
The app times you out after five minutes.
How long does it take for a control or alert setting to take effect?
All controls and alerts are effective immediately.
How do I set a travel alert?
Go to My Cards and select the option Travel Plan. You will be brought to the Manage Travel Plans page, from where you may select Add Travel Plan and complete all of the required fields.
How are alerts received?
Cardholders can enroll in alerts which are received via push notifications.
Does the app show recent transaction history?
Yes. To view recent transactions, go to My Cards and select Transactions.
Does My Cards work for ATM cards?
My Cards works for all Visa debit and Visa credit cards, including savings account debit cards.
Do I have to create separate logins for both debit and credit cards?
No, both can be accessed inside online banking by clicking Financial Tools and tapping My Cards.
Can I block all international transactions?
Yes, you can block transactions by region or by blocking all international transactions entirely.
Can I access My Cards on both Android and iPhone?
Yes, My Cards is compatible with all device types.
When is a low balance alert generated?
Low balance alerts are not offered through My Cards but are still available directly in Online Banking.
When loading more than one card on a device, what type of information do you need in order to register each card?
