Do I need to endorse the checks I deposit?
Yes. You should sign the check in the endorsement area and write the last 4 digits of your account number followed by the suffix the deposit is being presented to.

Can I deposit a third party check?
No. A third party check is one that is not originally payable to you, but signed over to you from someone else. You may only deposit checks payable to you and/or your joint member. Checks payable to you or your joint member can be endorsed by either one of you. Checks payable to you and your joint member must be endorsed by both of you.

Ex: check payable to John Smith, endorsed by John Smith and then signed over to Jane Smith. Jane Smith scans check for deposit to her account and John is not an owner on the account. This check would not be accepted for deposit via WebDeposit24.

Can I deposit checks drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States?
No. You can only deposit checks drawn on U.S. financial institutions.

Can I deposit a check that was issued in a currency other than U.S. Dollars?
No. You may only deposit checks issued in U.S. Dollars.

When will my remote deposit be posted to my account?
These remote deposits will not have immediate credit to your account. They will be posted once daily. If you make your remote deposit before 3:00 PM on any business day, and it is accepted, the deposit will be credited to your account by 6:00 PM the same day. If your deposit is presented after 3:00 PM it will be credited to your account by 6:00 PM the following business day.

What if I am having issues scanning the back of my checks even though it appears correct on my monitor?
It may be that the back of the check is light. If so, place an X in all four corners of the check so that the scanner will see all four sides. Please make sure that the default settings on the scanner are used. The DPI should be set at 200.

What are the requirements to be eligible for WebDeposit24 or remote deposit capture?
- Checking account must be open for minimum 90 days
- No delinquent loans
- No history of excessive or repeated overdrafts
- Clear eFunds report
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Other factors may also be considered

Will all of my funds be available immediately or will there be check hold placed on the deposit?
The first $100.00 of the deposit will be available immediately. The minimum check hold could range from 2 days to 10 days depending on the check deposited.
