Our Smart Saver’s Club for kids and teens is designed to provide a fun, friendly and educational environment for children and teenagers to learn about financial responsibility and how credit unions can help them plan for their future.
These programs are free to SCU members and offer participants interesting articles and games about money and finances.
Our Smart Savers Club features a kids’ savings account with an APR of .75% and requires a minimum opening balance of $5.00.
Educating kids and teens about finances in one of SCU’s most important jobs, and we will work closely with parents, relatives, schools and the local community to ensure that our future leaders become financially responsible adults.
