You can use Call 24 from any telephone. All you need is your account number and personal identification number (PIN).
It's easy to sign up for
Service Credit Union's Call 24:
Simply call our Contact Center at: 1-800-936-7730 (U. S. - Nationwide), 00800-4728-2000 (International)
or drop into your local branch office and tell them you're ready to begin using Call 24.
TO USE CALL 24:
1. Dial the appropriate phone number:
Continental U.S. 1-800-962-6385
Within Germany 0800-732-8847
Outside Germany 0049-631-351-20900
2. You will be greeted by the system and asked to choose which language you would like to use. The default language is English. However, the system will give you the option to choose Spanish or German* language at this point.
3. Next, you will be prompted to enter your account number and PIN (Personal Identification Number).
4. You will then be given the daily Euro exchange rate and reconversion rates.
5. Now you may navigate the system using the following menu. For example: If you want to access your account information, say the number “one” or press one.

Account Access gives you access to your account at Service Credit Union.

• Please memorize or have your access code and PIN (Personal Identification Number) on hand before you call.
• The computer will automatically add a decimal ($25.00 = 2500) unless instructed to enter the whole dollars ($25.00 = 25).
• Important: DO NOT enter a “#” after entering numbers. Doing so may end your session
