V PAY FAQs

How do I order my V PAY card?
Log into online banking, navigate to the “More” menu, and submit your request. You can also order a V PAY card at any of Service Credit Union’s branches in Germany.
Are there transaction limits?
Yes, contactless transactions are limited to €50 per purchase. After accumulating €150 in contactless transactions, a PIN entry is required to reset the limit.
Is there a fee for the card?
Yes, an initial card issuance fee applies. See the V PAY Fee Schedule for details.
Do I need a checking account to get V PAY?
Yes, a Service Credit Union checking account is required to order a V PAY card.
*A fee will be assessed for the initial card issuance and the funds must be available in the checking account at the time the card is ordered. Other fees may apply. See the V PAY Fee Schedule and V PAY Card Disclosure, Terms and Conditions for more information. The V PAY card is tied to your checking account and allows you to access your available balance. Automatic weekly limit of 1,000.00 Euros. Contactless payment transactions may only be completed for individual transactions under €50. Upon accumulating €150 of contactless payment transactions, a PIN entry will be required to reset the contactless limit cycle. V PAY is a registered trademark of the Visa International Service Association. Must be a member of Service CU or establish membership with $5 in a Primary Savings Account.
